Beware of a fancy showroom, the prices here are very over inflated. The sales guy had no knowledge of basic questions. They sell inferior products and will not back up what they sell. SCAM ALERT This picture is of the installed floor at my house. FC refused any responsibility. Go somewhere else.

Visited the store today to look at engineered hardwood. The store showroom had an extensive selection and we were greeted by two very friendly staff. They were informative and detailed and I praise their customer service skills. I would recommend this store to any friends and family looking for a pleasant experience. I felt I could ask questions and they gave honest feedback. Thank you first class flooring!

The selection and pricing and service at First Class Flooring is superb. I dealt with Joseph when buying and Francesca with logistics and Mark with installation details. All were professional and great to deal with. Then when I picked up the flooring, Richard and his crew were great, and made sure it was safely loaded and properly strapped in. You can't go wrong here. The name First Class" says it all. 6 stars."
