Krav Maga has changed my life! It helped me get into shape, cured my anxiety and gave me so much more confidence.

My wife and I had a great experience. We appreciated how easy it was for both of us to get right into learning and practicing practical self defense. Good instruction, welcoming vibe and an inclusive learning environment. We'll be back!

This was amazing. I was super nervous about my first class, and emailed a few questions.. Dave responded immediately. The class itself was challenging, but we spent a good amount of time going over the basics, discussing safety, and making sure I understood why we did things (e.g. why we held our arms at a certain angle, how we'd know when to use what move, etc). He was also great at teaching me personalized moves that I could use. I learned so much in just one class and I can't to build on it next week! Also.. it's been 2 days and I'm still sore so it's a great workout as well as a great learning experience.

Krav Maga Solution is an Edmonton, Alberta, Canada based Club that teaches Krav Maga , an Israeli rooted martial science that is very self defense oriented , very good for general physical fitness also.

Had a great time training at Krav Mega for my first experience. The instructor did an exelent job showing correct technique with the drills. As well as keeping the work out at high pace as we practiced what we learned. Defiantly recommend trying krav maga.
