BEWARE. I entered into a consignment agreement with Stephen. He mislead me for 6 months that my diamond was sold and he was waiting for funds. He then told me his business partner stole my money. It has been 1 year and I have not heard from them or seen payment. He has other outstanding lawsuits against him for the same reason. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY OR PERSON.In reply to your response....Thank you Stephen for your reply. As you know, we have communicated several times however your offer to pay me half of the amount you owe to me is not acceptable. Making it appear as if you have tried to call me but have not been able to reach me is just misleading. We have had many telephone conversations, met in person and had many email exchanges. It is incumbent on you to work a solution with me as it is you to whom I entrusted the sale of my diamond. You sold it, received payment and have not paid me for it. I am happy to work toward a payment plan for full reimbursement.

These guys really know their stuff. Purchased an engagement ring through Stephen which turned out beautifully and my fiance loved. Canadian Estate Diamonds was great to deal with, offering several options and some unique design suggestions.

I have had a ring on consignment with Canadian Estate Diamonds and I have not heard from, nor been able to reach, Stephen since December 2019. They do not answer their phone, their website is down and the mailbox is full. Do not give this company your business.
