I went to the Guildford location, and I’ve never seen such bad customer service. I walked in and there were about 5 girls working none of them greeted, and I was looking for a Sandals and no o e approached me for a size so I went up to them. I asked the girl for a 5 or 6 in white sandals she goes to the back comes back hands me the box without acknowledging anything and walks away. I open the box and she got me the black instead of the white. There was another girl working who was just standing like come on do you not teach your store workers regarding customer service? I work at a store myself and this is horrible. That girl just kept looking the least she can do is smile but none of that, and also kept checking her phone while being on the floor, shows how unprofessional your store is. The worker who was helping me was not interested at all to help, she told me she had no sizes usually great customer service you would ask or show potential other pairs or mention to order online but this girl did none of that. Not to mention your shoes quality is horrible as well. I purchased Sandals And after one wear the sole from the bottom front started ripping apart. Pretty sure no shoe is suppose to have wear and tear after one wear.

One of my fav places to shop for shoes but this store particularly stands out because I wanted these pair of shoes all season but they sold out so quickly near me. I called this store and the associate agreed to hold it for my boyfriend to come and pick it up. Literally made my whole new years! Nicest (and funniest/most relatable) sales associates!

Bought some sandals here with rhinestones, wore for two hours and the rhinestones started coming off. They refused to refund my order, make me take a store credit but what's the use with such poor quality shoes? Won't be coming back, POOR QUALITY and not worth the price. Shoes are definitely supposed to last MORE THAN ONE USE. In addition there were six employees in the store but only one offering to grab sizes or shoes, the rest were chatting at the till, laughing and giggling. Waiting 10 minutes to be asked for a size or having to go up to the counter for sizes is not good service.

I'm a quick shopper, I go in when I know what I'm looking for. I was ready to buy a pair of boots and a pair of loafers for work. I walked into this location, I was in there for 5 to 6 mins walking around, picking up and looking at shoes. The two girls working were gossiping the whole time. New customers walked into the store who were also not greeted. I walked over and said excuse me" and then proceeded to tell them that I could've used their help and that just greeting someone makes a whole difference. They lost business from me because I walked over to Browns and it was a whole different experience. I was greeted right away by an employee who listened to what I wanted and I walked out after spending $400 on two fabulous/comfortable pairs of shoes. That's what good customer service looks like."
