McLeod's Ecowater

We had McLeod’s come and install our new water softener system up at the cottage. Talking to Kimberly from the beginning and sending her picture of the water softener system that was there when we bought the cottage was basically all she really needed to get set us on the right track to a new system. The gentlemen arrived and proceeded to replace the old with a new system without any problems. They even set up a schedule as to when the salt needed to be added. All is working wonderful and we truly appreciate the professionalism that came along with the work. Thank you Kimberly and your associates for the wonderful, professional job that you did. We will highly recommend McLeods Ecowater. Thank you again.

Our water is fantastic! Thank you McLeod's(same last name, no relation)We recently had Kimberly from McLeod's come by to do a water test, we have chlorine and a high sediment content which made the tap water undrinkable. The system was installed and WOW, what a difference! No chlorine smell and the water is super clear. In addition, all our pipes and water-dependent appliances, etc, are protected from the sediment.Another benefit is NO FILTERS TO CHANGE and NO CLEANING performed by us!Yes, we highly recommend McLeod's, from sale to installation it was a five star experience!

My conversation with McLeods sales person Ryan,seemed to show a good knowledge of the UV filter system that I was interested in .The price quote included all fees and seemed fair. A few weeks later when the installer showed up,John was very professional and courteous and had the system installed in about an hour. I was quite happy with neat install and he also gave me a good comprehensive review of the system and future maintenance. Happy

Although I have not purchased anything from Mc Leod‘s, I have on a few Occasions gone to them for advice or assistance with my 22 year old Culligan installed system. they have been very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t charge me or try to sell me something I didn’t need. When I get to a point that I can no longer repair my current system they will be my first stop.

From the time of first enquiry re the service, costs, installation and delivery, everything was professional, with complete documented information and delivery expectations.All were met and the actual delivery and installation went faster and better than expected. The clean-up was immediate and by the next day we were experiencing better than expected results.The system continues to operate as described and we had a power outage for almost five hours five weeks after the system was installed and the auto system kicked in and everything went back to normal.Highly recommend McLeod's Ecowater System, the company, the service representative and installation technician. Kim attended as a result of a request by me to have the system checked due to rust issues. Port Perry was under new ownership. I had the old ownership attend twice re water issues and they installed an in line water filter (didn't stock replacement filter when I needed one) and sold me Rust Out. Had the water softener company send a regional manager to look at my water softener system and it was adjusted.When Kim attended she advised that I had soft water and didn't require a water softener system. No one, including the original installer, ever told me that. Kim advised I needed a Ecowater iron removal filter system. I had it installed and the softener removed with Kim providing a plan for me to try out the system to see if it worked.What a difference the iron filter has made to my water. No more brown residue on bathroom sinks, tubs and showers. washcloths stay white.Hard to believe we spent several years with the wrong system and no one bothered to tell us. My wife had complained about the water and that's why I had it checked so many times. The service we received was excellent. A salesman came out to see us and explained everything to us. We had a 15 year old water softener that stopped working. Before he left , we already knew we wanted to deal with Mcleod's. They installed the new one and took away the old one. They also serviced our conditioner, no charge. We also got 3 bags of salt to start things off. I highly recommend this Company. Gloria Taylor
