Terrible service across the boardWOULD NOT RECOMMENDOur dumpster is almost always full to the brim with trash. Not only is it not hygienic, it's also terrible to our business as we have NO OTHER PLACE to put garbage.THEY DO NOT COLLECT ITAvoid like your life depended on it.

We were hopefully when our contract was up with another waste hauler in our complex when we switched to Disposal Queen. We had heard positive reviews from people and they were great in their communication to us when we were inquiring about service and setup. That's when it all ended. The recycling carts did not come with labels to differentiate what's for what they simple wrote on the lid with a sharpie what they were for. When contacted they stated the drivers have the stickers and they'll get them go put it on. Many phone calls and unanswered emails to both Karley and Fanny for 3 months and still crickets. Thankfully this company has no contract as it's probably time to cut ties any day now. Only reason for leaving 2 stars is the drivers have not missed a single pickup to date which you would think should be standard but that isn't always the case.

I recently used Disposal Queen for a renovation project at my home and I couldn't be happier with their service. The bin itself was in excellent condition and was delivered and picked up on time as promised. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable the rental fee was, especially considering the high level of service I received.Overall, I highly recommend Disposal Queen for anyone in need of a reliable bin rental service. Their exceptional customer service and competitive pricing make them stand out from the rest.

Be careful with this business, they will scam you. Don't give them your credit card.Sadly its true I should pay attention to the bad reviews they already have in they're Google account.They will charge your credit card without any notice.I have to find out while I was going through my bank statement.When I dispute the charges Fanny was so rude and told me she has the GPS and blah blah and couldn't proof it.A total rip off

I was surprised that there were no marks on my driveway. I ordered the dumpster, and they placed it very professionally without damaging the driveway. They were responsive, and I will use them again for my future projects.

I can't even begin to tell you how awful this company is. They don't respond, they never pick up the trash from our dumpsters. We have called numerous times, the dumpster is overloaded with trash for days on end. They are not reliable and they force us to hold our garbage for excruciatingly long periods of time. The most unprofessional company to deal with this far. What's worse is because we can't get in touch with them we literally have no place to dispose of our garbage. Either respond and do your job or don't be a company and find another company to take over your responsibility. Would never recommend this company to anyone EVER.

Terrible customer service. And when I try to sort out my issue. They will defer the problem. Do not hire this company!

Disposal Queen was very helpful, they answered all our questions and concerns. We received service in a timely manner. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with the dumpster rental service. The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. They delivered the bin quickly and picked it up promptly when I was done. The team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency throughout. I highly recommend this service for anyone in need of a dumpster.

The worst disposal service you can get. They are never on time when it comes to picking up the dumpsters. Good luck trying to contact them because they don’t respond. Very unprofessional…
