I don't recommend to go to 'fix and go' in tecumseh mall. Its a iPad/phone/watch repair place. Got a call saying my ipad was ready. I got there to get it. The guy pulled out an ipad that wasn't even mine and i said this. He told me they changed the screen when they repaired it so i said ok , show me it works and my pictures. For over an hr of waiting, to make it short, he basically laughed in my face while he couldnt turn the ipad on, telling me just to wait. Once it turned on, none of my stuff was on it. Again just smirked and told his boss that i said i didnt believe him. Kept making calls, with no answers. Another half hr later of no proof, he finally pulled out my ipad (he had the wrong one the whole time) and it wasnt even touched yet. Nothing was labelled or organized anywhere, very careless and rude. So after awful customer service, I took it back and will be bringing it elsewhere.

I trusted this company to fix my $1,600 Samsung Galaxy phone. Giving the man $400 to fix the screen and only the screen was broken on my phone. When I asked him how come he didn't have my phone after he got back and was sitting there he said he had taken it out to the third party to fix. During covid-19 my phone to a third-party out of the mall. When one came he got on the phone with me with the business phone and told me there was more wrong with my phone and they needed to fix it. Knowing only the screen was broken I knew that my phone did not need further fixing. He argued with me and told me that I had to get a loaner phone multiple times I got angry. And ask him to give me my phone back at a refund. He then proceeded to tell me that I had to have a loaner phone because this is what had to happen. I ended up getting him to bring me back my phone and refund me my money with the two security card standing there. When he handed me my Samsung Galaxy phone the entire phone was broken the back was smashed and the front was smashed more. When I took it to another company to look at they said that the phone was definitely smashed. The screen wouldn't even turn on it was yellow and my phone was broken. When I handed it to him everything worked on it and only the screen needed to be fixed. He is crooked he tried to steal my $1,600 phone and he tried to give me a loaner phone. He takes things to a third party during covid. He did not tell me he was doing this and he should not be a salesperson he has poor customer service skills and has a temper tantrum when he doesn't get his way.

How can they charge $250 for a screen repair when it's all knock off and my rogers warranty is less than that and has a work warranty & they don't? Tried to get it cheaper than sending it to rigers lol overpriced, no warranty on work!! No way!!In response to your reply- what's the point of going thru you to pay more than rogers warranty? Rogers has excellent customer service and the repairs are perfectly done and warrantied. There is absolutely no reason to go they you if you're charging more than the legit phone company. Get what I'm saying?? You're charging $250 yet the legit phone carrier is less than you and they use genuine parts wort warranty. Or if I go thru Google themselves it's 100% free...

These guys came to the rescue today! Thank you so much my phones like brand new! Very happy with service and fair costs!! Fast under 30mins tea he was able to get it done. I can breath now!

Beware, it’s a scam place, when I took to replace my I phone 7 battery, he damaged my home bottom, unprofessional, doesn’t know what he is doing still not fix and done talking, if you take to repair anything be ready to flight..There is corner other shops he tend to be professional but little expensive..

Would give a 0 if I could, customers be aware of this business they will scam you. Review is 100% true and not a lie. The owner will tell you that all the google reviews are a lie. My friend brought a phone in here after being recommended by Virgin Mobile. The phone was bent in the middle and the screen was shattered. They said they can fix the phone it would be $273. My friend got the phone back brought it home I watched him gently put it down on the coffee table and it shattered. They did not fix the bend in the middle the phone was not flat. Called the place and they were rude and said there was nothing they can do. Went into the store with my friend the guy working was quite rude and very defensive saying it was not possible for it to break without dropping that we obviously dropped it and there was nothing they could do we could pay another $273 to fix it . He kept being defensive no respect and no customer service skills. Called the owner on the phone and he was just as defensive said they have never had problems and he doesn't care what the google reviews said they were all lies. He also said he didn't care what social media says either. You lack customer service skills , you need to learn how to properly run a business and communicate with people. Customers are your key to success. Always remember karma will come around. What you did is wrong you scammed someone. Brought the phone and got advise from 3 other cell phone repair shops who have great Google reviews and they provided great customer service and said that it was possible for this to happen because you never fixed the bent phone before you replaced the screen which can cause the phone screen to shatter when being placed down. Screens installed onto a device with a bent frame risk breaking easily with normal use or separating easily from the housing, due to pressures from the misallignment of parts in the housing/frame. They installed the case on a bent phone instead of doing proper work and bending it back before putting a new screen. They do not know how to properly fix phones and scam you out of money.

If I can save anyone else’s money I’ll feel better. I’m from out of town and brought and iPad and iPhone to have the screens repaired. Both screens were repaired but now the home button on the phone is broken and the iPad keeps turning off and on.Please take your business somewhere else.
