I am very happy with the quote Mr. Wilson Chan gave me at Westland Insurance for my auto and condo insurance. I went ahead with it. Took three months (five phone calls, five emails and two website chats) before this firm FINALLY emailed me the link required to confirm a policy cancellation request. Making it impossible to cancel a policy without conversing with an agent, denying the conversation took place, and continuing to debit the consumer is fraud. Those who continue working for companies like this are complicit in the fraud; they should be ashamed of themselves.

You have to speak to your special insurance individual" to make any changes to your policy. If they are busy no one else will help. Very annoying. Much more convenient service with other insurance providers. I was asked for a bill of sale to REMOVE a vehicle that I sold from my policy. Once you reach the ONE person who can help you then things go smoothly."
