McNaught Collision Centre

The staff here are always in a great mood and willing to help. They are diligent and more than fair when dealing with repairs and the “supply chain” issue. I always know I’m in good hands with the folks at Mcnaught.

I have only rave reviews for the whole service and parts department especially David and John. I am traveling through from Saskatchewan and desperately needed a nozzle for the windshield spray and they more than accommodated while I enjoyed a tea. Professional work and clean environment. Great reception with lots of smiles.

Took my car for MPI claim and when I take it back, parts were missing and touch screen wasnot working. They said they are not responsible for anything. It's so shameful for a huge company playing with customers car.Before you deal with dealership read the reviews or think twice.

We had a couple of MPI claims done here & it was a good experience. The communication could be better.

Had major damage to my truck. McNaught Collision did a wonderful job with the repairs.. Feels like I have a new truck. Nick took great care of me.

I recently had my windshield repaired at McNaught Collision Centre. I was unsure of where to go to have it fixed but I am so happy I went to McNaught. The lady at the front counter- Miranda- was incredibly helpful and was able to walk me through the entire process. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to car repair but Miranda made sure to make me feel comfortable and was able to explain everything in a way that made perfect sense. Having to replace your windshield is never fun- but Miranda made the experience as painless and possible and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Miranda!! I will definitely bring my car back in the future as it was the best car repair experience I have ever had!

Had my vehicle checked by another shop. Turns out that when I purchased my winter tires, they were mounted the wrong way.Also had a steering issue and was quoted $5000 to replace entire rack, for a $250 job for bolts. If a proper inspection was done, this would have been the fix, and was by the way a recall.Service Advisors are excellent, however not the best customer service at the payment desk.Disappointing.

Communication was horrible but they did a good job on replacing my windshield.

Pickup my car it took 2 months to have minor damage repaired had to stop of gas a few blocks from dealer and it would not start.Dealer had neglected to charge battery in extreme cold weather.Also dealer did not preform work if inspection requested.Horrible experience.
