Excellent experience at Sound Fixation. I had a problem with a set of headphones and Trevor helped me out on the spot. My headphones were fixed, and I left satisfied. Top marks for customer service, and top marks for such a cool store: deep collection from classics to curios and everything in between. This shop is a go-to location for anyone with a record player :)

Trevor at the shop will be able to help you with whatever genre you desire. The collection available is exemplary. Great records are always spinning. Trevor also buys records at a good price.

Fantastic record store, downtown Stratford Ontario. Lots of selection, and very responsive to ordering specific vinyl titles if you can't find in store!. Loving my latest Canadian artist albums! Must add that this store provides repair of sound equipment/record players. Always nice to have help with the older sound systems. Will be back soon!

Great local shop with good selection of new & used vinyl, cassettes & music books, sound equipment too. Trevor has repaired 2 turntables for me (quick turnaround) at a very reasonable price. Very positive experience.

I've only been in twice when I've been in town but left both times with a lighter wallet and some new vinyl I wasn't expecting to find. Really good, well-curated and eclectic selection at very fair prices. If you're in Stratford, it's definitely worth a visit.

Another fun local shop with a variety of genres. Like the other local shop, good service but a bit pricey. Still, worth visiting for some fun box sets.
