Leather Plus

I am always overly impressed with the awesome service I get at this store. Great quality products, and a very nice atmosphere. Definitely my favorite shoe and jacket store in town!

OK, this isn't against Leather Plus, but rather their little kiosk beside them that they also run to do phone repairs. I was looking at purchasing a knife, yes I am under 18, but let me continue. first of all, there was no hello" or any sort of customer service whatsoever

This review is for the kiosk outside leather plus. I can’t speak to the repair service as I’ve never hired him for that, however the gentleman that runs the kiosk has always been very open and honest with me. Anytime I’ve had an issue with a product he’s gone out of his way to help me rectify it without me having to even ask. Even when I used the product and couldn’t prove it wasn’t my mistake that caused the defect he still took me at my word and helped me figure something out.I can at least say this guy cares about people and If you come to him And just talk to him he’s always willing to meet a person halfway within reason. I don’t see that enough in this age so I tip my hat to him for that at least.
