Went and got some money out of the ATM (which i had to pay for) and asked to break a 20$ which he did in two 10$'s, but he miss heard me. I politely said sorry can i get two 5$'s and one 10$." He then became completely rude and refused to do it. My friend I was with tried as well and received the same treatment. I've always bought food and fuel from the location but today is the last day I will ever go there. I would recommend Coop. They are always friendly and polite and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. This happened around 4:00pm on September 25

I've had multiple bad experiences with them, and tried again, but the result was close to the same. Not very friendly, but mainly won't honor coupons and such, even when redeemed RIGHT IN FRONT of them, and they take and double and triple check, and then scan and say it doesn't work". Weird...Why do the other Circle Ks work

Hill Blvd. these people are the absolute worst they dont say please, thank you or even a fricken smile on their face. i go here only to fill up with shell so i get airmiles other than that i would never support this business. the staff are lazy and dont appreciate the fact that in this economy they should be happy they have a job. if i were macs head office FIRE ALL THE STAFF and MANAGEMENT they have no right to have a job and are hurting your business. SHELL CANADA should Disassociate you company with macs. there is only one macs store in lethbridge that actually has good and friendly staff which is in sunridge.for everyone in lethbridge this should be NOT acceptable no matter what the circumstance as if we let business's continue operating in such a manor we just make this the norm. i am a business owner in lethbridge and would NEVER treat my customers they way this company does

I was parked out front today and an employee aggressively came out flailing his arms going off about how many other parking spots there were. He was trying to tell me I couldn't park where I did... even though there were no signs or markings to indicate that I wasn't supposed to park where I did.He was so incredibly rude, I will never shop there again.

Great customer service. Nice and polite new staff and management. Store was also neat and clean. Willing to go the extra mile for a satisfied customer. Felt warm and welcome. I will definitely recommend them. Please keep up the good work.

Saturday afternoon on Oct 12, We were helped by a wonderful gentleman (dark hair, dark complexion) who's friendliness, with some fun humor about our lack of knowledge on Canadian coins, was quite refreshing. This business is lucky to have such a fine employer!

Went to get some joker energy drinks at 5am, March 18, 2016 Had 6 in my hand, there was garbage on the floor, kind of tripped, one fell and got a hole in it. No mess really just quickly picked up the can wrapped it in the garbage on the floor. Then went to pay for my drinks, told the employee working that morning and he said what!

Like Henry Peters, I went into the Mac's location on W.T. Hill Blvd. I simply wanted a bag of Dorito's. All bags had stickers that said 2/$6. I proceeded to the cash register where the man entered them into the register. They came up at $10 and change. I pointed to the stickers and asked why they were not 2 for $6. He said that was old. I again asked why you would have that advertised, as he began to peel the sticker off. He said that is not him, but Frito Lay. I suggested he should honor what is clearly marked on EVERY bag, and EVERY flavor of Dorito's. He would not honor it, could care less. That is such BAD BUSINESS!!! I hope FRITO LAY also knows what is going on at places like this one. I only gave them one star because you have to give something to post.
