Tyler and the staff at Visions were a pleasure to deal with. We had a warranty claim on a TV purchase and the process to get it replaced was so easy! The staff are knowledgeable of their products and practical with their recommendations.

Classic sales tactics used by these guys. Gave them a price range and the first tv was double it lol. Spewed a bunch about a decent tv but really was more than I needed. Went down to Best Buy and got what I wanted without a pushy salesman.

Great customer service from Matt and Carlos. They took the time to answer all my questions and wer super knowledgeable on all products. Definitely coming back next time for any electronic needs. Oh... and I love the TV as well! :)

STAY AWAY!!!! This Abbotsford location is pathetic and unprofessional when it comes customer service and stereo installation ability.I purchased a car stereo installation package using my own music deck/sub/amp and for them to hook direct front (component speakers) and rear (speakers coaxial) bought from them$1100.i had to wait a month and a half for them to install, and a week before install i had to reschedule for going out of province and so i had to wait another month for install.so after that ridiculous wait i gave them my car for installation and that very day they said install was good and you can pick up your car. i wasnt able to pick up my car till the next day, and only a min of turning my stereo on theres a scratching noise in the speakers. they didnt mention that to me the day before (which means the brike during installation). they blamed it on my deck and said purchase a new deck and well install for free. and i said ill get back to you in a couple days. and when i finally pulled out of the parking lot i realized they didnt install the tweeters for the component speakers in the front, and left the tweeters in the box. and the sales rep says its not a problem we can deal with it".i say let me talk to your manager and he says "no

Sales guy Ankit assured me the open box computer monitor I purchased has been checked and is in perfect condition. I come home open the box and the frame of the monitor is cracked. So I take it back in and he tells me he will call me when the new stock is in so I can exchange the monitor but I can use it for now. I left someone a message for Aknit to call me back about 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything. Been just over a month now so I call to check in where the new monitor is and I hear they don't sell this monitor anymore. Also apparently the sales guy Ankit left on a trip to India until some time in March. Worst customer service at this location. Do not recommend.
