Not very helpful at all. The secretary lady that answers calls is very rude. It seems once your file closes they are not helpful whatsoever, even if they have to fix problems from their end. It is very disheartening being treated as such.

This place is totally useless.Needed some info over the phone and they put me on hold for hours.... Finally after calling several times got thru, gave a number and those lawyers are OFF today! Great way to collect tax payer dollars and then turn around and kick them in the groin!Bravo keep up being lazy!Just some basic info over the phone is too much to ask for!

Disgusting attitude from the staff in the application centre. Very rude and refused to provide me her name. Very unprofessional how she conducted her self over the phone.For services, very limited on what they can help with.
