Use this location frequently both for sending and receiving packages. Never had a bad experience with any of the staff including the older Asian woman so many reviewers seem to dislike.It's been my experience in general that respect begets respect, and the same goes for disrespect.

the best canada post location in downtown toronto, the workers move fast and are very efficient and kind. I particularly love Tess and Helen; they are always so sweet and personable.also for some reason i find shipping rates are cheaper from this post office compared to other offices nearby (ex. cabbagetown location)

The OLD ASIAN FEMALE WITH WHITE HAIR has the WORST customer service I’ve ever had in Canada. She doesn’t even have proper HUMAN MANNER. Very rude, very disrespectful, she doesn’t know how to talk like a normal person and what is respect to ppl. Not once, not twice, she was very rude EVERY SINGLE TIME. I never write google review, but she deserves this comment. If anyone knows her name please leave ur comment, I will report her for sure. Other staffs are friendly, just give this comment to that old woman :)

The lady named Roshni is an amazing representative. Since this Canada Post location is in my neighborhoods, I always go to this location. Recently, I had some parcels to send so I went here 2 days in a row. Rossini was very patient and tried to help me fill out the custom form. She even looked up for the name of the cities in the States using her phone. She also explained to me about the fuel charges and recommended the most affordable boxes for packaging for the future. I really appreciated her help and enthusiasm. Very impressive!!

I don't normally comment on service but this young lady (see photo) was totally unsympathetic today. We went there at 4 pm and begged her to please sell us a money order as we were moving in just next door and needed one for booking the elevator. She just shrugged us off and said they close at 4pm and we should come back tomorrow. Thanks for making our day horrible my lady. The next time someone is unsympathetic towards you I hope you remember this day when you were.

Haven’t been to a post office in some time to buy stamps. Thought it would be slow at 5:30pm on a Monday but I was pleasantly surprised. A cheery staff person (Teresita) greeted me and recommended that I buy the booklet of 12 stamps with the cardinals on them. The cardinal stamps are pretty cute.

Terrible customer service, the employee Saturday March 4, 2023 has no idea what they are doing. Making you pay extra for packing and filling out custom forms when all that is needed is more stamps on the envelope.
