Provis-Rudd Endoscopy Services

Very friendly receptionist, nurse, and doctor. Colonoscopy procedure was done so well and I don't feel any anxiety or pain, and it was fast. I was in at 8 AM and out at 10:30 AM. Great job!

Had a great experience with provis-rudd. Jose was great at answering questions and setting me up. My nurses Kath, Arlene, and Sheena were super kind and patient. The doctors Dr. Ember and Dr. Mahmoud Darrat were great, informative, receptive to questions and made the process easy. Hopefully I don't need to come back anytime soon, but if I do I will do it again here!

This was my first colonoscopy and it could not have gone more smoothly. From the moment I was greeted, through the entire process, all staff members were incredibly warm and comforting. Dr Enver was very clear, calm and professional and I felt completely at ease with everything in his hands. I highly recommend their services!

The team is professional, respectful and efficient. I got two calls before the procedure day during which I could ask questions and get clarifications.The written and verbal instructors were clear and easy to follow. In general I had a very positive experience. Will definitely come back! Thank you to the doctor and nurses!

All staff members are amazing. From the receptionist to the nursing staff to the anesthesiologist to the Dr. This is my second time visiting and everyone is happy and seem to enjoy their work. I makes me feel welcomed and very comfortable. See you in 10 years.

All the staff from the receptionist to the Nurses and to both doctors The Anesthesiologist and The surgeon were very professional . They all made me very comfortable and relaxed. Quite anxious about my endoscopy! Found clinic staff pleasant and professional. Anesthesiologist was thorough and reassuring. Dr Brar knew my history and spoke to me prior to the scope letting me know he would discuss worrisome result, if any, after. I didn't feel a thing!! Amazing! I would highly recommend this clinic.

Cannot even begin to express how wonderful they are. Everyone is so friendly, caring and attentive. I highly recommend to everyone. Will not go any where else. They calmed me down when I was nervous and made me feel safe. They explain everything to you before and reassures how all will be good. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and asked how I was doing from a previous phone call. Can’t get any better. Want to thank them for everything

The experience was excellent from the beginning! I called them and they had availability in the next 2 weeks which is almost impossible in the city! I had too many questions about the procedure and they were very patient answering all the questions every time I called.The place was very clean and tidy, organized and everything was very pleasant. I was scheduled for 7 pm and they called me for the procedure 7:15 approx so not really a long waiting time.The procedure was explained to me by both the nurse and doctor, they anesthesiologist was also explaining the type of medicine he would use. After procedure they let me know how it went and if they found something or not, but they advised official results will come in approx 3 weeks.Thank you so much for making the experience so smooth and easy. I’ll definitely recommend this place!
