Trillium Eye Care

I love this clinic! I've been a patient here for a few years now and my most recent experience was great. The two receptionists, I can't remember their names but I think they were Kelly and Cheryl, were so awesome. They helped me choose between hundreds of different frames for my new glasses. Dr. Swatch was fantastic as well. They were all so kind, patient, and welcoming and the clinic was really cute with all the cat art!! :)

I was referred to Trilliam Eye Care from a friend who had been going there for years. I was very impressed. I drove there from east Toronto. The location is very clean, covid protocols are followed and I had no concerns. The Dr was very nice and professional. The staff was very patient with me for about an hour while I selected frames for both eye glasses and sun glasses. I would recommend this location highly.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m a first timing for glasses and wasn’t too sure what to expect but it was super easy and a great experience. Lots of great selection for glasses. I found my perfect pair and you will too. Dr. Swatch was very professional and did the eye exam. My last eye exam was two years ago and it wasn’t like this. This was much better as she will go through various vision tests to get the full picture. Highly recommend this location. Thank you all. - David

The staff here are exceptional! I had a great experience purchasing my new glasses.Cheryl, Marjorie and Judith demonstrated a wealth of knowledge when it came to helping me pick my new frames. Staff were professional throughout my time in the store. Would definitely recommend.

It was my first time getting glasses and the staff were all very kind, knowledgeable and experienced. They were particularly helpful selecting the frames (which was overwhelming for a first-timer) and with the billing process (finding insurance coverage I didn't know I had). The office is run very efficiently and it is scrupulously clean. I had a very positive experience there and recommend it highly.

Rather disappointed with the upselling that happens, as soon as soon as I got to the location the receptionist takes you in a room and tests you but doesn’t explain what the test is for. Nor that my work coverage doesn’t pay for it. I had asked if it was covered but they said they would not know until it was submitted. I had to emphasize I needed to know what was covered. I do believe companies need to be more forthcoming with the information. I am covered by my work for a fairly large amount but I still had to pay out of pocket. Information is key .

I had an incredible experience at Trillium Eye Care from start to finish! I was greeted immediately upon entering the location and noticed how bright and clean it was inside. The two girls working at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. I saw Dr. Swatch for a complete eye exam and she explained everything to me in detail, putting me at ease throughout the exam. I was then given a great deal of assistance in picking the frames for my glasses! The girls were amazing at giving honest feedback to help me pick the frames that suited me best. There was a lot of selection and different price ranges to suit different budgets and tastes. They were also very knowledgeable and easy to deal with in terms of submitting a direct claim through my insurance company. I would highly recommend Trillium - they have lots of free parking available and I was treated incredibly well by all the staff I encountered. Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!

From the moment I walked into Trillium Eye Care, the whole staff was impressive. I was greeted with a smile and quick friendly service. They were very flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make me happy.The associates were very professional and super friendly. They are also very efficient and knowledgeable on the right frames that would suit me. It was very helpful when they offered information for me to make my decision. They made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, never trying to sell me something I'm not interested in or anything outside of my price range.Once my appointment was booked and I went to choose my frames and sunglasses, I was blown away from the attentive service and fast turnaround on providing the frames and lenses I selected. The friendly associates patiently work with me and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service.
