The hotel staff were very welcoming, internet worked fast (very important as we know) Breakfast was good too. The property is priced right. That certainly helps.

Night receptionist was very friendly. Room is spacious and clean.Breakfast is straight to the point and tasty.Location is good if you are not considering Downtown area. It is only 15 min from Airport.

Staff was amazing. Room was nice. It was noisy as there were a lot of children running in and around the hotel. We could also hear our upstairs neighbours stomping around....but that was probably due to their footwear or walking heavy...the hotel is not at fault for those issues.

It’s the best hotel to stay interns of everything considered by any traveler’s. For example Price, Quality of Service, Safety, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast, Cleanliness, Amenities, Vehicle Parking, Booking online is easy etc. I always look for this hotel availability wherever I travel in Canada & US.

The stay was nice ..great breakfast buffet .The only issue was on our last nights stay was the fact that our 3.5 Chihuahua was not allowed to spend the night in our room in her kennel.We got back to the hotel at 9 pm on Sunday night and were booking out Monday morning and the hotel still wanted a 75.00 non refundable deposit..so my husband had to drive across the city to pick our dog up at my son's house..She would have been in her kennel all night and couldn't damage anything...

Room is decent. Noticed a towel with a red stain on it 1st day. Part of the bath tub fell off. Shower curtain rod is close to falling off.Biggest downfall is poor internet. I guess you can pay extra for better internet, but that's pretty crummy IMO

Do not stay in room 217 the bed is quite squeaky with the slightest movement. The A/C is rather loud and does a loud humming but not consistent humming so it got annoying quickly. They face the microwave and refrigerator right in-front of the bed if you like a dark room you will be annoyed by the bright lights off both of them in your face. There were drunks outside screaming about partying all night which kept us up a for a good while. Our bathroom door lock does not work.

This hotel is a good spot as we are from Calgary and don’t want to drive to Edmonton and drive back on the same day. It was 117 dollars for a hotel for 2 couples. Clean and they provide a lot of extras for booking with them, Bottles of water, free breakfast, wifi. Etc, recommend.

Everything else is ok pretty standard, but when we checked in at the Hotel just after entering the room there was a strong smell of weed inside the room so obviously reported the same at front desk . Certainly they were apologetic but completely helpless as every room was sold out not only at this hotel but everything else in the area.So i would say that this No smoking policy by Management is pretty lack luster and just for name sake as if not there has to be some sort of guidelines instead of saying sorry.
