I viewed a house on Thurs. Thought about it overnight & called Friday to say I wanted to put in an offer. (I had an RBC mortgage pre-approval). I was told the agent who showed me the home was off for the weekend but that another agent would call me. I called back multiple times over the weekend & NO ONE returned my call!!!!Monday I called AGAIN & was told the house sold over the weekend for CASH!!! I asked is mortgage money not cash" to which I never got an answer! This was underhanded & shady!! I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't another agent that purchased the house!! I would NEVER
