I purchased a lip balm only to have it dry up within 6-9 months. After sitting unused for the summer it has hardened and is not pliable. Roger, the owner suggested cutting off the top a bit. I did know to do that but that should not happen and becomes a waste of product and my money. I would not recommend this product.
