Dr. Mat Broschak is the most incredibly thorough and attentive optometrist I’ve ever seen. Dr. Broschak has a way of breaking down complex topics and explaining them in such a way that you feel educated about your eyes and eye health. I’ve never been left with any questions or doubts after an eye exam, and his suggestions for the most comfortable contact lens options for my dry eyes are always spot-on. The Okanagan is lucky to be served by the great team of doctors and staff at Orchard Park Optometry!

Dr. Broschak and the staff at Orchard Park Optometry are the most kind, helpful and incredible people. My entire family and I, (5 of us) have been going to him for over 10 years after we were referred to him by a doctor that did not know what was wrong with my son’s eye when we went to a walk-in clinic. We got into see Dr. Broschak immediately after we phoned and thank goodness because, had we not, the damage could have been permanent. Dr Broschak prescribed antibiotics and saw my son weekly until his eye was healed. I highly recommend Dr. Broschak as he is very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He also has the most amazing staff behind him, they all are just like family!

Dr. Broschak has been taking care of both of my daughters' vision needs and annual testing for years. He discovered that my youngest daughter needed glasses and his team took care of everything. My oldest daughter has severe eye allergies and they have always given us appointments urgently in order to help her. I am thankful for Dr. Broschak's knowledge, expertise, and amazing customer care. I was so amazed by his thoroughness, attention to detail, and personableness that I have not gone anywhere else since. The ladies at the front are also extremely friendly and provide an excellent customer service experience. Something that I find extremely convenient is the option to phone in your contact order if you do not have time to get down there. They take payment over the phone and can even have the box sent directly to your house. The whole process is very smooth and the contacts arrive very quickly. The standard of care at Orchard Park Optometry is so high that you will not think twice about making them your go-to for anything related to vision care.

We have been been seeing Dr. Broschak since 2014. We have always found his staff very friendly and above all professional and attentive. During our lifetime, we have each used the services of several other optometrists in BC and other Provinces. We have found Dr Broschack provides outstanding service. He fully illustrates and explains all aspects of his examination and the results in easy to understand language. We have not experienced this level of service before.
