Their services are already price gouged for the speeds you get, Plus the internet is down maybe 20% of the time. Garbage ISP. Do everything you can not to use them.

Speed and reliability have been great with NCI, and I appreciate having someone local to talk to on the phone in customer service!

Was wonderful when I signed up in 2015. It's now gone downhill fast! Get bumbed off line during peak usage times. All of my equipment has been replaced and upgraded and still have the same issue

The worst. Seriously.Do not use their services if you have another option. Unfortunately we did not. Outages regularly. 24/7 tech support with really nice people who unfortunately can’t help resolve any real issues though I’m sure some appreciate just being able to talk to someone but when nothing is resolved and you voice some/any type of frustration in the repetition of their awful service the techs become a bit snarky over the phone.I have to turn my WiFi on my phone and laptop off if I want to stream anything on my TV and similar should I need to send a work email from my laptop then resume whatever else.It honestly makes me miss dial up connection with AOL. Bandwidth and service was higher quality 15+ years ago.

If i could give them zero stars i definitely would. I made an appointment a little bit more than 2 weeks ago and through the two weeks they repeated called me to change the time of arrival, it went from 6:30 am to 11 am to 3 pm to 8 am. I woke up and waited for them for two hours before they called me to tell me nevermind and that they’re rescheduling for an additional week. Normally i wouldn’t be upset at all, since waiting for internet is a first world problem, but considering i told them it was needed in a hurry for work and school with them replying that this was possible because they are “quick, reliable, and have the best customer service” along with the fact they waited 2 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment to tell me that they couldn’t make it. when i had asked why they were rescheduling i was told “although it isn’t any of your business, our installer is sick” and that i could wait for the internet till after the holidays. they’re extremely unprofessional with horrible customer service, this would’ve been completely fine had they have communicated properly and didn’t treat me poorly just for wanting to know why we needed to reschedule. Not worth it, from past experience the internet is horrible, just an easy option.

NCI Datacom is the best rural internet service we've ever had. Our previous DSL service provided 1mb...sometimes...when it worked. The satellite service we had years ago had trouble when it was cloudy. The service gives us a consistent 20mb on the Family Plan. It's not on par with a 1gb service you can get in town but for surfing and streaming movies it's more than adequate. There's really no reason to bump up to their faster package. On an extremely wet day I notice it runs a bit slower. I had to call a tech once for something I did wrong and they were very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very fair. No complaints. The worst internet provider I have ever used. I am switching to starlink. I have never gotten the speeds I pay for, every-night the internet is sluggish to non-existent, it goes out routinely, and let's not even talk about if you hook up more then a couple of devices to their router or try to download a large file (your internet goes to zero, and you have to reset router). Most users reset routers several times a week. Customer support always says put a ticket in, but come on they should/do already know they have issues.

I have been with NCI Data for several years now, and can't say enough for their quality service and good price. To have caller ID at no charge, is amazing, and in these times no one should be without it; and then no additional charges for long distance in my case. The few times I've had a problem, I've called in with no waiting time, or if any, VERY little and I speak to a live person, they find out my problem and in a very prompt manner the problem is taken care of and someone calls back to make sure everything is working. I could go on, but I love sharing the good price and service I receive from NCI Data, and how grateful I am.Edna Mae Hinger

NCI is constantly having outages! I'm so sick of it. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere! I would give it zero stars if it let me.

Unreliable services that never work. There seems to be outages" frequently. You're better off using the Hotspot from your cellphone. Wish I could give zero stars."
