Very bad experience. Went there to open an account and one of the teller told me to wait for 15min and I waited there and even after 25-30 no body even bothered to ask if I need help.location 120st and 72nd Ave in Surrey Bc

Good accessible location with wide free parking area. They have a drive thru section so you do not have to get out of the car to make bank transaction it is very fast economical way of banking without the hassle of waiting in line.

Completely unreliable with over the phone appointments, I suggest you don't even bother.I had an appointment with Sherlea Li and she was a no show- I arranged my schedule around this appointment because it was important to me and it turned out really disappointing when she didn't bother to contact me. And this is not a first unfortunately.
