Tux & Tails Ltd

Excellent 1st class service. We went in today hoping to rent a suit for this evening. The young lady who served us was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. We picked out the suit we liked, along with the accessories. The pants needed to be lengthened and they took care of this right away. We were pleasantly surprised at how well we were taken care of. We give our thanks and appreciation for taking care of our last minute situation.

Extremely helpful. I left getting a vest as well as a dress shirt and dress pants to the very last minute. Not only were they not judgmental but had a solid selection unlike the other 6 stores I tried desperately looking or something that would fit me as I am a plus sized gentleman. The lady that assisted me was kind and extremely helpful and the whole process only took about half an hour. It seemed reasonably priced and I got my damage deposit back just fine. They definitely saved my weekend.

They took such good care of my brother and my boys rentals for my dad’s funeral. The wonderful staff member that fitted my autistic son was so patient. He couldn’t process everything but was excited that he was wearing a suit and she made it relaxing for him and made him feel so handsome. My dad would of been so proud. The rentals were great quality. This was my/our first time renting and if I need to rent again I won’t go any where else. Thank you for making the worst time of my life a little easier.

Pretty good place to get suits for rentals. I rented my graduation suit here and I’ve also rented with a wedding party. You may want to be careful if you’re a queer person(they looked at me funny when I came in with my nail extensions), but aside from that it seems like a cool place.

Took my son to rent a tux for his high school graduation & none of the staff working were friendly, warm, nor welcoming. We were met with hard stares and they were hesitant to help us at first. I kept my spirits up in spite of this cold and standoffish behavior and we proceeded with fitting my son in a tux. Halfway through the fitting, another staff member walked up and pointed at my son while saying something loud and fast. I didn't quite catch what she said so I asked her to repeat herself and she responded by asking me if he had ever been there before. I said no, this is our first time in this establishment and she walked away without explaining herself or apologizing for the intrusion. I made a deposit on his rental and we left. He agreed that it was an unsettling and uncomfortable experience. None of the employees smiled at us once the entire time we were there, instead we were met with apprehensive stares. I don't know if they treat all their customers this way, but we will be back in June to pick up the tux and perhaps their customer service will improve by then.

Got to the store all signs said open 9:30am and doors were locked. Employee said they are closed and don't open till 11 while she took other clients in who came after me and made me wait in my car. 1 star for being unprofessional and wasting my time. (Edit- when the lady I assume to be the owner showed up I got in and fitted right away with awesome service, one bad employee can ruin a reputation)

Was able to walk in and be greeted. Was asked how we could be helped. Talked about wedding suit sizing. Was sized, and tried things on, we were able to make adjustments as needed. A very simple and easy process. The lady who helped us, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.

Recently got married and got all of the tuxes from here. They looked so good, and the customer service was awesome! Thanks again ladies for making the guys look great for our special day!
