Business line? What business line, they start taking regular customers into business line and you just wait there. They say business line close at 4 but its still open taking regular customers. 99% of the time its faster to go to the regular teller then the business line. You have a business account but you cant take out money you need. They give you some money and say go to atm and take the rest. Worst bank ever.

Worst customer service ever. The Manager is on something, power tripping for no reason. Will definitely be closing my account with RBC and going with another bank.

staff doesn’t know what they’re doing at all. the first thing they say to you when you walk in is “you can do this at online banking” if i wanted to do it online, i wouldn’t have come to the branch. if everything can be done online, what’s the point of your job? extremely unwilling to help and the lady who seemed to be the manager - african woman - was just as unwilling to help and even went as far as saying “this isn’t my job” when i asked about an investment account. if they’re going to say “this isn’t my job” and “use online banking” to everything, they might as well be unemployed because they have no purpose. definitely the worst rbc branch.

Even more so when they accommodated us at 7:30 pm without even consulting their shift schedules first. I had an appointment at this branch today and loved the services of the staff and specially Babandeep Sir. He explained everything what I need to do and made me clear each and everything. His services are great and even his way of talking with people. I must recommend to visit this branch.

Businesses line is a joke, they are supposed to close at 4:00pm but they close whenever you they want. I have been there plenty of times around 3:30pm and all they do is send you to the main line and tell you no one is available (while the lady who does the business normally walks around ignoring you. Not to mention one of the ladies is so rude, only one and I know everyone knows who this one lady is.

Extremely poor service. I booked an online appointment 11 days in advance with an RBC rep at Bramalea City Center. I took time off from work for this appointment and on the appointment day, it turned out to be a no-show from the rep. I left a message through RBC online. The rep then called me saying they had a computer problem so couldn't come for the scheduled call. After we discussed, they said the'll send me an email with a list of docs they need and it's been 2 days since then but no email.
