I had an issue with a slow drain last summer, so I called Plomberie Deritec (Plomberie Richard Leduc).They fixed the problem, but somehow the issue came back less than 3 months later.I called them back and they fixed it for good this time. They even creditting me cost for the 2nd visit.Great service and customer support!

We had issue with our kitchen and bathroom drains where they would drain very slowly. We then used a plunger to try to fix it ourselves and ended up blocking everything. I called them the morning after and set an appointment for the following day after lunch. When the technician (Brendan) arrived, he understood right away and didn't waste any time. Took less than 1h to fix it, the guy is super nice to talk to and is very knowledgeable. He also gave us some very good advices to maintain the plumbing. I definitely recommend them!

I always use Richard Leduc because they are professional, reliable and quick to respond. My only complaint is that their prices have shot up and paying $350 to unclog a kitchen sink is pretty crazy and charging us separately for the snake tool they use is a little absurd. Too bad it ruined the great service experience that I received.

WOW! Wonderful and superb service given by this Company and their plumber David Cohen yesterday and since last September.Thank you so very very much for the professional work and efficient and ingenious response to our needs. David and the owner found all the right equipment to replace, repair and install in our 20+ year old kitchen and washroom. It now looks amazing and younger and most of all, everything installed works well. The cost was also most reasonable.We highly recommend this plumbing company for both residence and business plumbing.Suzanne and John

Terrible service. I had a water leak. The plumber didn't even try to find the lead, kept talking for 1 hour and didn't do anything useful. Then he charged me $166. The water continued leaking as soon as he left. I even called him back as soon as he left, but he came back in and didn't do anything. Total rip off and waste of money!

I recently had my gas water replaced! Very quick appointment booked the next day! The technicians were very nice and professional! So far everything works perfectly, my water is pretty hot and not mention got the best deal in terms of price compared to other competitors! Definitely recommend! Thank you
