The eye exam is thorough and the physician’s guide is easy to follow.It’s really great that they support the direct billing so that I can give them the insurance card and only pay what’s left.I chose the sunglasses transition. (The classes will change color to be sunglasses when the sunshine is too bright.) They have grey, brown and green colors to choose. I chose green and it looks really cool when I walk in the sunshine.I recommend reading the booklet yourself to know more about what other services they can do regarding to the glasses because they don’t quite introduce this part to you.

I needed help to repair my glasses as they needed some screws tightened as the lens kept coming out and I didn't have my kit with me. Friendly worker was able to try fix my glasses, was not supposed to but still gave their best shot. One or two other people came in after I did to get some simple tightening and repair and the worker was super friendly and helpful. Thank you! I would've had a super bad time for the new few days.

My experience at Bailey Nelson was awesome. I had my eyes checked by a very thorough optometrist and then ordered new glasses. They were extremely efficient, helpful and pleasant through every step. Also the pricing was very good. Will defintely be back and highly recommend!!

Ordered new lenses for old glasses. Lenses arrived and staff was able to change lens very quickly. Best part staff noticed new lens did not fit old frames perfectly so they found a new frame to go with new lenses and everything was great. And.... I got to keep old frames and old lenses as a spare just incase I loose new glasses. Great customer service and super friendly staff thanks Bailey Nelson!!

Overall great experience. I felt really rushed picking up my glasses after waiting 2 weeks for them…the rep didn’t adjust them correctly to fit my face and so I’ll have to make my way back to get them fixed.

Compared to the other glasses stores I visited after receiving my new prescription, the customer service was exceptional. They were attentive and happy to help answer all my questions.On top of that, they have incredible deals, of which I was able to get 2 pairs with an added feature on one pair of lenses, for less than one basic pair at lenscrafters.I highly recommend coming here if you don't need to have those boujie brand names. I'm new to the world of glasses and didn't realize the huge price differences. They have a great selection here.

Amazing service! The employee who helped me purchase my glasses was super patient with me. Some methods of payments were not going through, cash was not accepted until i was able to pay with credit, i was a complete mess. But the employee was patient and gave me other options for payment which was super helpful. The glasses fit perfectly and arrived within two weeks! Overall 10/10 experience at this location.

I had an incredible experience here. I had Sara helping me with every step of the process, she was very patient and kind and offered me lots of help with getting my contact lenses. The rest of the team was very friendly and helpful too. The optometrist was excellent and explained things very well which made me feel very comfortable. I ordered contact lenses which were supposed to arrive within 3-4 weeks but they arrived super early, within about 10 days, which was a great surprise. Overall, excellent service, and the selection of eyewear is also great!

Love their selection, the person that helped me was so nice and patient while I picked the design!! They even requested for an early delivery, and I got them less than 7 days later which was amazing!
