Staff is great, Jim Fraser and Ethan boisvert work wonders when it comes to finding the truck you want, Jeff pearsall and Brad McCambridge will always be fun to talk too. Charles Rayner the service manager makes bad news seem like good news in his British accent then fixes the problem without causing you any trouble.

We took our Escape to Boyer for repairs for the first time, as we have issues with our our local Ford dealer being completely incompetent. Their Service Representatives were very helpful and friendly, they repaired the issue, explained exactly what the problem was, and what they did to repair it. Overall it was a Very Positive experience and we will definitely be returning to Boyer for any future Service/Repair needs.

There are four Ford Dealerships closer to me than Boyer Ford in Stirling, but not one of them made any attempt on getting my axle replaced in a timely manner on my two year old truck. Kate at Boyer on the other hand had the truck in within a few days, a loner in our hands while it was being fixed, and it was picked up one business day later. Not one squabble over whether it would be covered under warranty either. Simply the best service I've received at a dealership to date. Keep up the great work guys.
