Don't shop here. I ordered the wrong parts for my tig torch and asked if I could exchange them for the correct parts. They told me I would have to pay shipping and 15% restocking fee. I agreed to pay the fees and ship the parts back. They asked for a picture of the package of parts so I opened the container to show them it was all there. This container was in the same shape I received it. Once they received the package they said they would not refund me because it was damaged and missing packaging. I asked for a picture, which they sent. It appeared exactly like I received it. No wonder companies are going out of business because of Amazon.

Ordered a new Tig welder and a few other things and the cart that I received didn’t fit the machine at all. With only 3-4 emails Kevin got me hooked up with the correct one straight from Lincoln. Couldn’t have asked for any better help, he’s the man if you have any questions or problems.

I had a warranty issue with a Lincoln product I purchased with Baker's and was helped out by a customer service rep named Drew. He was knowledgeable about the product, warranty, etc. and was very responsive. He got a replacement headed my way same day. Slick. Super happy with the interaction and just wanted to say he did a great job. I recommend Baker's.

There are a lot of mixed/negative reviews, but my experience was awesome. I purchased a Millermatic 220 with a bunch of accessories. Requests for pricing/quotes were very prompt. All questions were answered quickly. Order was placed on a Tuesday and was all on my door Friday with free shipping. I will definitely be using them for anything in the future!

Purchasing propane, I expected to pay per gallon instead of a flat fee. Might save a few dollars but inconvenience of standing there quicker and easier to do a propane exchange somewhere.

Don't order from this joke of a store. I ordered a pair of fr coveralls and they did not fit when I received them. I had to pay shipping, and a restock fee. It took two weeks of emails back and forth to even get a shipping label to return the item. I ended getting less then half the money I originally spent on the coveralls. Just an all around bad experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered two welding machines needed for a shutdown on a job. Called to make sure they had them in stock before ordering. I paid for two day air shipping on 7/16. Called on 7/20 and the items had still not been shipped!!!! Customer service didn't care about the position they put my company in and made no effort to overnight the items to make up for the issue.
