Signed a contract for snow removal for my parents house in St.Lambert. They are 80 and clearly can not shovel.Worst customer service ever. My parents house has been over looked numerous times since Dec 17th, 2022. It's the 2nd snow fall and NO ONE has come by. I have left 4 messages and have called more than I would like to admit, no one to speak to only voice-mail.

Paid for snow removal for the winter of 2020-21.Service was a joke. Sent out messages to remove cars and they will not be returning to do it later. As I work shifts throughout covid providing essential services to our patients, I spent good money for something I ended up doing CONSISTENTLY on my own! This year they sent me a renewal form with a price increase! No thank-you. Complete waste of money!

Progazon acquired my former service provider Go-Pro in 2019. In 2020 I had to pay a higher price for the driveway snow removal than what I paid in 2019, but the price has held steady for 2021 so I signed up for another winter. I had manual snow removal from my walkway with Go-Pro. I had to discontinue that because with Progazon it was too expensive. Their service has been good for the last season and a half that I've been with them. No issues. I would recommend Progazon for driveway snow removal. In fact I'm about to suggest a neighbour to sign up.

I hired Progazon for snow removal last winter and again this summer for lawn care and maintenance. The staff is efficient and friendly (even took time to chat with the cats !), Simon (supervisor) returned my calls quickly and I felt comfortable with his answers. He offered services and accepted my decisions quickly without being pushing. I appreciate that very much. I will definitely hire them again this winter.

Renewed for a third year in a row, for snow removal service for me and my in-laws. Excellent service. Always on time. Even if others are a few bucks cheaper, experience is key. I don't have to worry when the job will be done. Have a great season everyone!

I have used their Snow Removal service for the winter season 2022-2023. I should say it was very bad experiences! I was charged for 2 car driveway , but only 1 car space was cleaned. also they come late, and sometimes they did not come to clean. horrible!

As per Progazon Brossard Facebook, you supposed to come and clean the driveway starting 1:30am, but no one ever came.We got stuck on our driveway for over 1h at 5am with at least 15+cm of snow.When our neighbor who uses SNOW PRO got all their driveway clean even before 5am (we know because our bedroom is facing the street so we can hear it)I have also recorded a video that proof your employee has NEVER came.If no one is coming today, then we would like a compensation of the time we have lost and we also had to shovel the snow.We paid for the service just incase for the snow storm like today but unfortunately this is not what we received.

Had to call for them to come shovel the snow and they came but i noticed that they did not do all the neighbours that had the progazon pancarte in front. Do we have to call everytime we need the snow removed? Not sure thats how it works.

SNOW REMOVAL : the truck broke my hedge last winter, they promised to come fix it in spring 2022 and kept me hanging all summer only to come now that the cold is back upon us with a baby tree planted as a joke in a little piece of dried dirt, not returning my calls. Very disapointed with the company. I have been a loyal customer for many years but I guess like every other company they are going down customer service quality wise. Vraiment decevant.
