Mark installed a radon mitigation system in our home. He is really knowledgable and asked questions to understand if his services were even required.Once we decided a mitigation system was needed, he provide an estimate, and let me know how long it would take. He arrived promptly, and took great care to keep our home clean by spreading carpets where needed. He installed the system well within the timeline he promised, and explained how the system worked.And the system worked! My radon readings originally ranged from 150-250 Bq/m^3. After Mark was finished, the level is now 12 Bq/m^3, a huge improvement. I would recommend his services to anyone who is concerned about Radon in their home.

Simon Air Quality completed installation of a radon mitigation system in my home today. They completed the work in a professional manner. Answered all my questions. Kept me up to date on their progress. Were able to use an existing vent. Thoroughly cleaned the work area. Job well done.

Very happy with the radon mitigation system installed in my basement by Mike and Mark. They were also able to use my old unused furnace/hot water heater flue to vent out the radon out the top of my chimney. So no exterior piping was required on the outside of the house. Within two days after the installation, the radon measurement readings in my basement went from ~250 bq/m3 down to 8 bq/m3!

Mark did a great job installing a radon pump in our basement. We just moved recently and our radon levels were over 1,000. We called in Mark and within a few hours of installing the pump, it went down to less than 10. Incredible. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done for a decent price. Totally recommend him!

Mark came quickly to give us a quote and set up an install date in November 2020 when we had tested our radon levels and found them to be 650+ bq/m3!!We are very satisfied with the install and since our levels have been 50 and below.Highly recommend this company for radon mitigation services!

After unsuccessfully trying to get some information about air purifiers from another business that does Indoor Air Quality advertised online, the gentleman I spoke with was like a breath of fresh air! He was happy to help me even though I wasn't giving him any money, and he was able to answer all my questions. I was afraid I'd gotten ripped off on the 'defender' air purifier I purchased for 500 American dollars (I live in the USA), but he assured me it did a good job, which made me feel better. But the main thing I learned from him is that you want a purifier with at least 3 filters, that can do a large room, and of course a Hepa filter. Regarding the Hepa filter, I'm going to see an allergist, which he agreed would be a good idea. Do I get a 0.3 micron (which he told me was good for many allergies), a 0.1 micron, or do I actually need a hospital grade 0.01 micron? He was nice enough to tell me I could call back anytime with questions, and held a long conversation with me to try to help me out. THAT'S how you run the kind of business people want to deal with.I may end up buying an 'Amaircare' Air purifier for convenience rather than dragging mine from room to room; he sells those. Plus I gathered that this guy is pretty knowledgeable about his 'Indoor Air Quality' business!
