March 18th -This place truly is disappointing and needs to be seen by a health inspector. Not sure what is happening to the side of my big toe.. but after I left this place it turned out to be super sore. I walked in asking for a full set of gel nails after standing there with my friend and been completely ignored.. was finally asked to sit 20 minutes later. Once sat down she rushed to me sit and put my feet into cold water, my tech painted one big toe 3 coats and the other toes with two coats plus forgetting to paint my pinky toe at all. She was using tools that have been clearly opened and sitting open to last prior customer. She did not utter a word to me and once I mentioned that the skin she shaved on my big toe need to be helped a little more she ignored me and got up and left and I assumed she was done because she moved onto another customer. I put my socks on and left to sit and wait.. so another nail tech asks me to fix the nails and she so nicely fixed them but ended up burning my foot because she turned on the hot water and didn’t test it out before asking me to stick my foot back in. I came home to a throbbing foot and just really poor customer service. This place does not use sanitation guild-lines ie) wiping chair, cleaning the pedicure bowls, changing gloves while obtaining other customers… I desperately need to speak with the head owner of this place: I want my money back and the time Wasted.
