First most, I would like to say how AMAZED my husband and I were at the effectiveness of their service. We called around 11am and they had two service men out by 2pm (the same day) to evaluate and repair the issue.Secondly, they were very understanding of our situation which made us feel at ease for having them repair our garage door spring.I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND them to anyone looking for garage service contractors.

About a year ago I called Garage Door Works because my garage door was not opening properly. The lady in the office asked me a couple of questions and said it sounded like the spring was broken. She asked me to have a look at it, directed me where to look and when I described what I saw, she said it was definitely the spring. She gave me a quote over the phone which was entirely reasonable. In the next day or two, a 2 man crew showed up and promptly and efficiently replaced the spring. Since I have a layer of aluminum coated bubble on the door, they suggested modifying the tension. The door has worked perfectly since then. Integrity, no false diagnosis, honest price and great service. What more can you ask for?David Pegues

Excellent and prompt service. Was waiting on another door company for more than 6 months to replace, Garage Door Works was over in 24 hours after notice with a temporary replacement installed in a few hours. Highly recommend!

I have used Garage Door Works (GDW) a few times now and they don't disappoint. Their service is Grade AAA and they will always go out of their way to help their customers. Recently, the spring on our door broke late at night with no way to get cars out for early departures in the morning. One call to GDW that evening and someone was here to replace the spring and free our cars.I would not hesitate to refer people to them if they require a new garage door or repairs. It's great to see a company that puts customers first.

Exellent service fast and easy solution to my problem. Arrived on time completed work as scheduled and walked me through the operation and calibration of my opener. Since my door opener is older they found me a compatable updated key pad all in one day. I would definately recommend Garage Door Works for all your needs.
