Such a kind and honest business! I 10/10 recommend them.I brought in my (very old) car to have it checked over. It needed a new muffler and an oil change, but I wanted to make sure it was worth it first.They called me the same day to tell me that the car was sadly not worth repairing, as the frame is rusted through, so they didn’t go ahead with any extra repairs! They didn’t even charge for checking it, as they felt bad being the bearer of bad news! They are so incredible and I will definitely be bringing any future cars here, and recommend them to everyone!

I cannot overstate how trustworthy this shop is, particularly for imports. They do excellence service, but do NOT take advantage. I cannot tell you how many times they have told me 'we fixed this minor thing, but other parts were fine, so it's all good.' (in my words). They are so professional and fast, just all around a class shop. Trust your higher end cars with them, your wallet, and your time. Highly recommend, these people are amazing!

My parents have used them for over a decade with several vehicles. I have been, and will continue to recommend Action Auto to my friends, family, and co-workers. When other shops let you down have faith in this shop to do it right, props to Terry and the team for running a reliable/trustworthy business in an industry plagued by unreliable mechanics!

A no nonsense and trustworthy establishment with skilled workers. They address your concerns efficiently and they fix it for a fair price. They never tried to price gouge or fear monger.If there was an option to give 10 stars I would!

On the way back from Toronto to Montreal, the serpentine belt broke on the 401. As it was a holiday, everything was closed in Kingston. I had my car towed to Action Auto Services. At 7:30 in the morning, I was there and explained to them my situation and that I needed my car repaired urgently so that I could get home to Montreal with my child.Even though they had a very busy day, they immediately took charge of repairing my car. Nearly 1 hour later, my car was repaired and I was ready to hit the road. The price was very reasonable and the service impeccable. Other garages could have taken advantage of my urgent situation, but Action Auto did not.Thank you for your prompt support.

My wife and I have had both of our Subaru Foresters serviced continually by Action for the last 10 years and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the service, the level of communication and the honesty of the technicians. Pricing without gouging or adding sneaky charges or random part replacements/repairs that you weren't informed of. The level of honesty is as important as the quality of the service.I wouldn't hesitate to take any car there - the shop is top notch!

Usual great service.....getting my vehicle's annual pre-winter servicing done. Always have good service and fairly priced.

I went in to get them to look at my brakes after midas messed them up and they were fast and friendly. And they fixed the issue. This will definitely be the shop I go to now.
