People working last night was terrible my mother could hardly hear the workers their English isn't clear. I ordered a pizza sub melt and normally you put the sauce right after putting on the meat no she waited till the veggies thought that was weird. Then she hardly put any meat on mine and I asked for extra cheese she didn't wasn't impress they were super slow for people that possibly trying to go home since it was quarter to 10

Live in a small town it's hard to be picky. Thank the sub gods for having this place tho! My wife and I go here all the time. Never ever had a problem with staff or the food. When its busy they move it faster than expected for sure! The employees are very kind and understanding that people such as myself, like a sub full, and my wife just a little. Eventhough its another big chain restaurant always a good choice!

Awesome dinner tonight. Lady at the counter was amazing and so nice. Even pointed me to the coupon on the app which saved us money. We'll be back for sure.

meh its ok. everything is not always fresh. theres always limited choices, and the workers don't even seem all that happy. even when the bread is toasted it still always ends up cold. place is tidy, whatsoever. great job though

We tried to call them to see how much 4 cookies would be all together, but the man on the other end of the phone couldn't understand us. We were very clear with what we wanted to know, and we ended up calling them 3 times because the person on the phone kept hanging up on us. We ended up calling a subway in Woodstock to finally get the answer to our question. Not good phone service.

I had a terrible experience with the owner. He owns both subways in Ingersoll and I stopped going to both over a year ago. The owner is super arrogant and a real jerk and I refuse to give him another dime. If you must go to subway please go to Woodstock or Dorchester locations.

This location asks you to tip when paying. For sure I'm going to tip my local fast food worker.
