Friendly communication (Tayler). Speedy work but autopac job was not completed...had to return for another part. We also asked them to order an aesthetic part that had fallen off...they did not.

Brought my husbands vehicle here for an MPI claim and they scammed and raked us through the coils. They replaced parts that were NOT needed, and charged a 'betterment' charge. They did not wait for approval through MPI before replacing parts, or provide proper details to MPI for my husband and I to decide if we wanted to continue with the claim or if it would be better to buy back and replace the parts ourselves. Husband is a mechanic and was sourcing his own parts, and they OVER charged for parts we could have obtained for 25% less, brand new! They went ahead without approval and ended up charging us just under $1k for minor repairs from a miniscule accident (hit the ditch) like what was the point of insurance for us to pay an exuberant amount to repair something a toddler could fix? they said the previous shop manager who was responsible for the mess was fired, but still did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Both this location and the one in winnipeg are responsible for this! Thanks Boyd for taking much needed money and necessities away from a young family. Hope profits are worth it! We will be sure to spread the word to NEVER go near your shop. You ARE the reason mechanics get a bad rep! scammers to the max!!!

Great service, brought in our SUV in for 9am for a windshield replacement and had our car done by the afternoon! And they cleaned the outside of our car too!

Recently had come in for a MPI claim - front bumper repair on my truck. The receptionist “Evon” was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to get me in as soon as possible. The repair was done “dealership” perfect with a new factory bumper. The manager Jennifer went over and beyond by sourcing and repairing another issue that I needed fixed. I was very please and satisfied with the service and work.Thank you kindly to the Boyd Selkirk staff, would recommend to any of my family or friends.

Had my windshield repaired. They were really good and it was fast. Even cleaned the car and didnt expect them to as I went there with a dirty car. Wasnt requested but they did it anyways. Always amazing service there

Amazing!! Professional, personal service. Came in to have a back windshield replaced. Efficient service, they made the claim for us to autopac, and they even cleaned the inside and outside of our vehicle. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
