The food was great! The customer service was alright. The glasses were kind of dirty with old finger prints on them. Not too bad of a place to go for pho. They really just need to give the cutlery and glasses a good wipe down it will be even better.

Had lunch from here. Ambience is good, staff are super good people, how you like food is totally depends on your taste buds. Felt some authenticity on their food. Noodles were super delicious while the fried chicken was a little bland for me. But I wouldn't demand more than the authentic taste. Overall it was a really good experience. Not too pricey at all.

For being located in the west Edmonton mall this place was a colossal let down.Only good thing about this restaurant is the decor, sorry to say. The whole environment is well dressed and looks like a lot of thought was put into it in terms of making it feel cozy and visually pleasing.But the food alone combined with the service was a big disappointment.To start, the prices are a bit on the high side for the quality of product you are getting. As well as the slow and mediocre at best customer service makes for a god awful combination. I visited earlier today when it literally had 3 other tables full. So it wasn’t even slightly busy time that I went in to order.Safe to say I will not be visiting this place and would much rather go to any other Pho restaurant.

I am very disappointed & dissatisfied with my experience at Mai Vietnamese Fusion. We came around 6:00pm and got seated right away, it was my first time here so I didn’t know what to order. Every 30 seconds (no exaggeration) a waitress would ask if I’m ready to order… which I found very rude & impatient. I told them “few more minutes please”, each time.. We ordered the sate soup, it’s spice level would be a 3/5 and was tasty. The pad Thai was delicious BUT I only had 3 pieces of tofu in it and some chicken was dry… Lastly the shrimp salad rolls came out with our meal and tasted mid. The scenery and restaurant was very beautiful & a work of art so points to that ! Overall nothing really special. Wouldn’t return & the staff needs much improving.

After we stayed in the West Mall for couple hours shopping and visiting, we picked this nice looking and clean spot for a quick bite.We have ordered several rice noodle dishes, and mine is the most popular in our orders. I picked the Grilled Beef combo which includes 2 spring rolls and the basic set. The grilled beef tastes so tender and chew with full of delicious juicy flavour, we have order a extra dish. You shall try if you dinning here.Also we have some thin rice noodle soups and a thick one. The soup tastes good, not too much GSM added. And the fresh meat enhance the sweetness of the soup.Nice and clean place with comfortable serve, reasonable price for those enough serving dishes.We both enjoy the meal not just getting hungry. I give this place really high reviews.Enjoy the Vietnam Style’s food

Great place, food is not that expensive. But I didn't like the taste. The portion size was big. Love the atmosphere, very beautiful. Bathroom is not accessible by wheelchair.

Decent food, friendly service but a little pricey for such a poorly maintained yet relatively new restaurant.Gas station grade washrooms with broken dispensers, and inventory stored in customer areas like hallways really cheapens the experience.

Not terrible. Not great. Given the location of this restaurant, I would have expected better. The service is suitable enough, but not overwhelmingly great. The decor is nice and the atmosphere is decent. The food, however, was not phenomenal or anything to write home about. Mediocre overall. No need to avoid this restaurant, simply adjust your expectations. Hopefully they produce better results in busier times.

Food was alright, I had green curry with rice. Rice wasn't fresh. I wasn't wowed by the food. Service was quick but I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink I just got a water when I sat down. I wasn't asked how my meal was and after standing for several minutes I had to walk to the till to pay.

The portion sizes are large, the place is well decorated and quiet enough to have a conversation even though the music is loud outside. highly rec the grilled chicken and rice, the chicken was juicy and flavourful. only giving 3 unfortunately because they got my fiancés order wrong and then when they brought it back, the chicken was slightly undercooked but they insisted it was cooked.
