TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

We have been banking there for many years and it is always a pleasant and uplifting experience. It is how you should feel when you leave your money with someone. Not a bit of worries.

Good branch and good responsive staff - they need to hire more people during the peak hours

Great people and quick service. In the past, it has been the beautiful spot on this corner with a display of flowers every summer. This year it appears the landscaper has been lost and it is a real loss to the neighborhood.

There is always a wait, they have 5 tills but 9/10 times I'll see 2 or LESS people at them, even though I see 3 others sitting down doing absolutely nothing. I will even make eye contact with them like are you gonna get up and help the lineup???" I and millions of others pay 15$in BANK FEES for this kind of service? Really?-They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.-The 1 manager that actually does show himself is pompous and HIGHLY unlikely to actually give you a break. Consequently I will dial 1800 td and get help or breaks there EVERY time I call. They are so helpfull!I've been with td for 13 years and I've never walked into a more aggravating TD branch. I live just down the road (unfortunately) and I have been going here for about 6 month so take my word for it. Thankfully they have a drivethrough atm..That is the only thing that this bank is good for. Seeing positive reviews caused me to write this. Cause it's all bs."

Worst customer service of any bank in the city, discrimination against male. My mother does not understand English. She has not used her TD card for a long time. She forgot the card number and needs to reset the password. But the teller(a female staff, forgot her name) made things difficult. The teller thinks my mother's passport is invalid. After a few hours, my wife accompanied with my mother, and with the same ID. They easily did all my mother needed. After they told me about their experiences, I felt like I was being discriminated against.

Worst customer service from their financial advisors.

Worst customer service of any bank in the city. I totally agree with other customers who reviewed earlier. I was there for the first time to open an account, while activating the card and deposit some money into the account, I received the worst worst customer ever, the teller was very arrogant, and did not know what she was doing. Very disrespectful of customers. When I asked to speak with the manager, she was hiding behind the wall, and not willing to get out to clean the mess" her teller made. Avoid this bank if you could."

I needed a new visa card and was told to call visa because I have no account there. I actually have a savings and business account. The teller insisted I have no business account and it became an argument. I went to the Royal Oak branch and had no problems. The teller took care of my needs efficiently and professionally.
