Start to finish, Excellent experience. Justin was very knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect door. Installation was efficient and professional. We have received endless compliments on our new double doors. Definitely recommend!

The worst experience thus far..........find another door installer. Z and Justin have not returned my endless calls nor have they come back to repair a botched caulking job around my new door that was installed in the Fall 2021. Also my new door has 2 window panes that have broken seals so my lower panes show a huge ball of opaque color. This is an expensive door and it looks terrible and clearly in need of repair or replacement which no doubt is WHY owner Z and Justin are not responding or returning my phone calls. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable and reliable door store not this one. I will change my review if and when they complete the repairs required or replace my six month old front door.

We installed beautiful door last year but we noticed cold air coming through. 9 month waiting their response. otherwise, I would have given 5 star...

Exactly same experience as the previous review, door has not been installed properly and we are getting draft thru it, bottom glass has broken seal and therefore leaving a stains in the middle of the glass which looks terrible. There are paint drops on rest of the glasses in the middele and i was told to clean it myself. Any emails and requests go unanswered, i am not sure what happened to these guys, but seemed nice and straightforward upfront, but afterwards there is no customer and product care.

Great service. Friendly people to deal with and really nice designs. They will also do custom work for you.

Definitely recommend Jovanoski, Justin was great to deal with, provided us with great advice based on their experience and knowledge.

The door installation was DIY quality. They left a big gap in the corner of the trim. The paint on the wall was damaged and they didn't bother fixing it. They did fix the trim when I called them back to repaint the door after being installed for less than a year. All you had to do was tap the door with your finger nails and the paint would come off. A year later the paint was coming off again, and it is not from being scratched off. It just chipped and fell off around an area that never gets touched. I called again to get the door painted and they just ignore my calls. The young lad working there keeps telling me the owner will call back. He never does, after many attempts I gave up. I will have to get another door company to fix it.

This is the second house that we have used Jovanoski door store for our new door installations. They have a large selection of fiberglass and steel doors on display and were happy to customize our glass design as we requested. We received better pricing and quicker turn around times than what other companies offered. We get a lot of compliments on our front door.

The owner, the short guy with a moustache needs to work on his customer serviceI did not feel welcome when I went to the store. He gave me one word answers and chased me out the store. He locked the door asap. He seems racist. He lost alot of return business

Love my new door! Good experience start to finish. The guys helped me choose a design and provided all the details on what would be done and the door was ready sooner than I expected. If I ever need another door I'll be coming back here.
