Grace Mountain is our destination store of shopping for ginseng in the past five years, because of the consistent superb quality of their ginseng. He not only helps us buying ginseng and but also patiently instructs us on how to use them. Also, very nice packaging for gifting! And their mailing service makes it even more convenient. Great quality product and well packaged! I have two box of ginseng need them to cut it for me, they are sliced perfectly and saved all the breadcrumbs so there's no waste. Also provide export document for bringing it overseas.

I have been buying the ginseng from Grace Mountain Store for over 5 years. So high quality Ginseng with the most pure taste and I love the packaging also. More importantly they provide so nice customer services and patiently tell me all info. on different type of the products, never gives me any pressure while I am choosing. I specifically would like to give them 5 stars also because they can also provide the best after sales services. 2 weeks ago I bought some for my family in China and they helped me package them and mailed them by the Canada Post. Heartfelt thanks to the boss and all the staffs!

Amazing staff and high quality products. The owners are a young couple and they have a very nice lady at the front who will explain patiently in Chinese. She speaks a little English. They have a wide variety of well packaged ginseng products you can choose from. You can also make special orders. Overall very pleasant atmosphere!

I have been buying from them for five years. Their products are high quality with reasonable price. My dad has really enjoyed their ginseng and has been drinking it to decrease blood glucose in diabetes. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.
