Bought my wife a pair of shoes for her birthday - paying for the correct size to be ordered in from another store. Unfortunately when they arrived, they had a scuff but my wife still loved them so we got them. If there is anything like them or better in the city please let me know - we looked everywhere (LOL). Anyhow, Gregor who tried to buff them, provided the best customer service that I have experienced in quite some time. Enjoy your shoe shopping!

Very small sizes. Nothing in my size. Not everyone has tiny feet.Very disappointed. Went downtown to Beckers and bought 3 pairs.You need to do better.

Had an issue with Puma shoes purchased here and it was a special situation...Cindy looked after us with incredible customer service and made a little girl (who is challenged btw) and her gramma very happy in the process.Well done Cindy and much appreciated!I highly recommend this store and Cindy!!

The store was clean and the service we got was very nice. My girlfriend was looking for heels for a formal. They were very accommodating with trying on sizes and walking around.

Good store, good service, selection lacks sizes for men below 8. As a man with a smaller size of feet it leaves little selection. They do carry the option to order it but in the age of online shopping it doesn't help to much for a brick and mortal location.Still, not a bad place at all. I always recommend.

Update your hours. Sundays are supposed to be open until 6. I came at 4:58 and i was told by people inside behind locked doors they were closed.

Great deals. Quiet and not so personable customer service. Stale personality. I find that a lot in Kingston. It’s like nobody is happy working anywhere here!

If you're going to close the store for Stat holidays, no problem. It would be helpful if your website store hours are updated to clearly show closed".The phrase "differing hours" is normally understood to mean "reduced hours"
