I got a pedicure done at the place and had the worst experience in my life. I would give zero stars if I could. I told the technician many times that my feet still hurt with the ingrown in my mail and she didn’t listen or I didn’t even know if she knew what she was doing. Furthermore, went to pay at cash and told them I wasn’t satisfied and what they would do in that case. Instead they said you have to pay in full and we won’t offer you any discount or fix the problem. I refused to pay full price because I wasn’t satisfied with the job they did and then the lady grabbed me by my sweater n tried taking my card out of my hand. I’m the end they gave me 10% off. I felt harassed so I called the police on them. Unfortunately they said the cameras don’t work so nothing was done about it. My suggestion is never go to this place unless you want to throw your money away.

My recent traumatic visit to this nail salon left me deeply disappointed and I really want to share my negative experience for others to read so they can make a better choice about where to invest their money. Potential customers deserve to know the truth about this place, as it fails to deliver even the most basic standards of customer service, respect, and quality. I strongly caution anyone considering this salon to think twice and carefully weigh the ABUNDANCE of negative reviews before parting with their hard-earned money.My friend went to this salon to get her nails done and we were quickly greeted by this nail tech who seemed like she could be the owner of the place? The most glaring issue arose when my friend repeatedly communicated her desired nail shape to the nail technician - nothing fancy, just an easy regular nail shape with rounded edges. Despite clear instructions and even showing reference pictures, the technician disregarded her preferences and arrogantly did what she thought would be a good idea in her opinion. The end result was far from satisfactory, with inconsistent and mismatched nail shapes among her fingers. Some were clearly crooked and lacked any semblance of professionalism. When my friend expressed her concerns, the nail technician's response was shockingly disrespectful. She callously tossed the nail file into my friend's hands and rudely suggested she fix the problem herself. “Here, Why don’t you do it on your own?” This demeaning act was witnessed by everyone present in the store and left us feeling embarrassed and humiliated.To make matters worse, the nail technician abruptly got up and left our table, leaving us to struggle with the mess she had created. It was an uncomfortable and bewildering situation as we desperately tried to rectify the situation ourselves. Both my friend and I were so shocked that it was almost paralyzing. Imagine going to a hair salon and your stylist tells you to cut your own hair leaving you in the middle of the haircut because you expresse your concerns about the haircut not being what you clearly instructed the stylist about ???Eventually, she returned, but her demeanor and attitude remained hostile and unsympathetic. She snatched the file from our hands, begrudgingly resumed her work with a clear attitude, and completed the job in silence. Then, Instead of offering an apology or a sincere effort to make amends, she simply moved on to assist another client, leaving us, yet again, feeling extremely disrespected.Adding to our discomfort was another employee who handled our payment. Their condescending demeanor and apparent disdain for us as customers only deepened our negative impression of the salon. Prior to that, we noticed the nail technician and this employee engaged in a conversation in their native language, seemingly discussing us while casting judgmental glances in our direction and staring us down. When I inquired about the nail technician's name, the employee responded with a name like Jessy

This location was good not anymore I waste my time more then 2 hours regular nail service. Not valuable Service .I try to talk Nail salon Manager , she wasn’t response anything really unprofessional 0 star

I was here yesterday. The facility smelled so bad inside, and the service is even worse. They conveniently waited until i was sitting in the chair to inform me that they charge 75$ for bad acrylics. the lady was borderline aggressive while touching my hands, the service was not relaxing at all, and i’m surprised her skill is so low considering she’s a bit older i expected some more experience on her part. at least they were able to take me as a walk-in, I don’t recommend this place

I can’t comment on the service since I was not able to receive the services I booked for.I was so excited when I found a nail salon close to home figured I would give them a try instead of going to my normal place (a fat drive). I call JB’s and booked for an acrylic fill and lash extensions was told they can do same day at 4:00pm great! I arrived at 3:50pm was told to sit at a desk up front up against the wall I sat waiting and listening was getting very frustrated when they kept telling people to come in for appointments at 5 pm when it was already 4:30 and they hadn’t started someone who had an appointment at 4pm and it did not look like any tech was available or would be available any time soon finally at 4:40 I got up and said I was leaving the lady said oh just wait 15 more mins I said no thank you as I had already sat waiting for 40 mins and I knew more people where coming in at 5 pm. Not a good way to make a first impression I don’t think I will be giving them a try I’ll just stick with driving further to my normal place.

Always a positive experience. The staff is nice and takes their time. They are consistent in service and are always well staffed to meet customer needs. I only get my nails done a handful of times in the year but I always will choose to come to JB. Pardeep is my favourite - I will always ask for her!

Absolutely love my nails, I always get them done from Helen. My nails always lift and when she does them its perfect and they don't lift. She also is really good at shaping as I like to change the shape every time and she never disappoints. I recommend going to her. Also they're prices are good compared to others and quality is great.

I went to get a nail removal. Appointment was easily made no difficulty booking. Lady did a well job at removing my acrylic nails. This is my first time going there and I would definitely come back. Staff was not rude at all.
