Paid over $600 to fix a problem identified by the service centre and the problem was not fixed. Instead of one day, it took six days to get my SUV back.

I was in the market for a used/demo 2018 Ford Mustang GT. I was able to locate several on line, but the price from Mont Bleu was the best.I live in Toronto, and was willing to make the trip to Gatineau to get the vehicle provided i was satisfied by the way they did business.I called the dealer and the first person i spoke to was Patrick Scrivener, he was helpful, polite and went out of his way to get my business. I am a tough customer, and i made a lot of requests for information, photos, videos, tire measurements (the list goes on).At all times Patrick provided me with all the information i requested. I was a little apprehensive about buying the car in Gatineau, then having to pay for additional taxes when i brought it in to Ontario.Patrick assured me there wouldn't be any issues and included in the sales contract that Mont Bleu Ford would pay the taxes on my behalf, and certify/register the vehicle in Ontario.Mont Blue Ford is licenced to sell cars in both Quebec and Ontario and they prepared all the paperwork for me, and when i went to the MTO in Ontario, the registration was smooth, and no surprises (although i expected there to be issues as i had never done this before).The lady at the MTO was familiar with Mont Bleu Ford, and said that she had dealt with them regularly and had never had any issues with them, their paperwork or their business practices.In short i just want to say thank you to Patrick Scrivener, Marc-André Leblanc, Dominic and George Petric (the owner - he came to thank me when i purchased the vehicle and was about to leave, it was a very nice touch).Since leaving the car has performed fabulously, and if i am in the market for another vehicle i will go see them, it was worth the drive. Ford dealers in Ontario could learn a thing or two from them.Thanks again.

Excellent customer service and outstanding sales team; I bought from them a used car of a different brand and I was expecting treatment less than the buyers of Ford, but I was amazed by high quality of personal care that they give to all of their customer regardless of the brand or if it's a new or used car.I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

I recently bought a used car here from Gabriel, a very pleasant young man. Buying a used car can be a stressful experience and I don't respond well to maximal pressure tactics and have walked out from places before if pressure turns to 11.Gabriel absolutely wanted me to buy a car, it's his job after all, but he was also very likeable and polite and not obnoxiously pushy. I got a fair offer on the trade in and the car I ended up buying was priced reasonably in this market. Overall, dealership experiences can and do often go sideways, that was not the case at all here.

Friendly helpful assistance to me by the sales dept, by Devon at first and then later, Lys, in the last couple of weeks during my recent search for a replacement vehicle. While used car availability did not work out for me this time, Mont Bleu is the only show in town" and is almost always the first place I consider looking for buying a vehicle

Worst Ford dealer I have encountered.First, the seller told me a Ford Explorer I had seen en their website was still available and we made an appointment so I could come purchase the vehicle. Then, the day of appointment , me, I , myself called the seller to confirm the appointment and that's when he told me he had sold the vehicle. I was coming out of Cornwall, so the logistics, organizing the trip was all for nothing.I had my eye on a GLE350 at Mercedes-Benz Burlington, so I purchased that instead.Then, they kept my info on file and continuously sent me unsollicitated emails about other Explorer they have in inventory.I contacted them 2x to ask them to STOP harassing me with such unwanted communications. They did not stop.I even reported them to the Canada's anti-spam police, copied them on the complaint. And they are still, to this day, harassing me with unwanted communications.As of next week, I will call Ford Canada to report them.

It was a wonderful experience buying my Ford Edge, with the best, Juan Camilo Morales, very patient, attentive to his customers and very friendly. I recommend it to everyone who wants to go to the dealership and buy a car.
