Naoko's Japanese Classroom

I highly recommend Naoko Sensei as a Japanese teacher. She helped me improve my Japanese language skills so much. Within a year I felt a lot more comfortable and confident with speaking and having conversations in Japanese.

Naoko Sensei is an incredibly kind, professional, and helpful teacher. I have been studying with her regularly for a few years now, and my Japanese speaking, other areas of language acquisition, and knowledge of Japanese culture and customs has grown tremendously, thanks to her. Lessons are very organized, but also provide a comfortable environment for speaking and conversing naturally. I'd recommend her lessons to anyone looking for a high-quality Japanese learning experience.

Naoko is amazing! She's friendly, organized, knowledgeable, kind, punctual, and professional. I've been studying with her for years: When I started, I only knew hiragana and katakana and a few basic phrases; now, I feel comfortable listening, reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese, have a JLPT-N3 certification, and am hoping to take the JLPT-N2 later this year. None of that would have been possible without Naoko's instruction and guidance. As a language learner, the only thing that makes me prouder than calling Naoko my teacher is calling her my friend. I cannot recommend her strongly enough!

Naoko Sensei is very helpful and knowledgable. She helped me with an extremely difficult university level Japanese course and went out of her way to help me prepare for the tests and final speaking exams.I would definitely recommend Naoko Sensei if you want to learn Japanese.
