I am looking forward for this to open. I have soo many students who are looking for an affordable occomodation, where management is proving cleaning services and internet and its both private and also an environment where you can live with bunch of friends down the hall and don't forget a huge kitchen on every floor and party hall as well. This place is ideal for students and singles . Butt is amazing manager and occomodate ur needs .

Spacious rooms with all facilities. It's really affordable for international students as it is in the middle of downtown. Banks, Service Canada, bus transits, supermarkets are all near as in walking distance. There are staffs for regular cleaning. The owner is also very friendly and do his best to give us the maximum facilities possible. There is also a gaming area in the building for the students. I really recommend this student residence.

This is an amazing place for international student to stay together like a family while enjoying privacy of you own room, amazing kitchen with all relevant facilities, regular maintenence and most important togetherness and easily accessibility. Management is very supportive and caring.

It's such good place for living. It's biggest benefit is transportation. This is close to the transit terminal, every bus is going from here. All other facilities also available here.

Amazing building owner! Very honest and fast with replying. Always gets you what you need, and very fair prices! Building is extremely clean, cleaned every day. Very spacious rooms and kitchens. Amazing down town experience, lots of great restaurants in walking distance. 10/10 recommend
