I've never really had any complaints about this store, and I've been going there pretty much my whole life. Pretty underrated honestly. Good prices to get copies, excellent for school supplies, and the staff are usually really helpful

I went there I was there 45 minutes,asked for help 3 times.There was no one there they where on computer was one and the other one was on there phone so I left.I wanted an iPad and cover,so I went to Corner Brook and I got # service.Thank You Corner Brook

Nice selection. Compliments the online store. They gave an excellent photocopy centre. Currently the only place with HTC Vive virtual reality demo. Helpful staff.

Horrible experience. Went to the print shop and asked if they could do something for me. I quadruple checked that it could be done by a certain date and I was assured it could be. Before I left I was told I would receive a call the next evening when it was ready. No call. Two days pass with no phone call so I called and asked for an update. Was told it will be done by the next evening. Another 2 days pass and no call. I call again on the 5th day and was assured it would be ready for pick up the next morning. That whole day passes and finally on the 7th day I get a call from a manager" saying this actually cannot be done here at our location you will have to order it online. By this time the event I needed the prints for was only 3 days away. Waste of time and energy."

Went to print photos, both self service printers were out of service and there was no photo paper in the print centre or on the store shelves. Staff was kind though

Friendly staff and a large and well stocked location. The copy centre is my usual go to place. The machines are always clean and in working order. It’s a bit of a hidden gem and is rarely busy. I haven’t used the ship centre yet but they seem to know what they are doing. I would recommend this Staples.

There are not enough sales people in the store. The gentleman who is responsible for the computer section is also working customer service. We all know how long customer service can take.When he was available , the associate was very helpful and I got what I needed.5 stars for the associate , 3 only for the store.
