Called in looking to see if they had a niche part I needed. They didn't carry it but explained what I was after, and told me where I could get it. Helped me out and I'll be back next time I need a more common part or service.

Communication and record keeping is not their strong points.When you do get repairs though they are top notch.Mom and we pop operation that could use some polish and upgrade.

I required repairs on an old tub that had been sitting empty for a while.I received amazing service from Will and his team. I highly recommend Island Hot Tubs to anyone who needs assistance with their tub, or supplies for maintenance. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.I could not be happier with the whole experience, and will return for any future hot tub needs.

Poor hours of operation 10-3 inconvenient if work, part supposed to be ordered on Monday arrive Wednesday was never ordered until Wednesday , told would be billed when arrived billed r days earlier

It would be 6 stars if I could! Excellent service, quick communication and the customer ended up extremely happy. Will really helped out our customer in a pinch. Highly recommended, call and book, you won't be disappointed. :-)

I bought a used hot tub and had Island hot tub rebuild both my motors and pumps and check out the heater and control box and they were very reasonable and the service was great

Will is very knowledgeable and honest. He knows his business well and does not make newbies" feel inadequate. The ladies in the office are very efficient and helpful. They do a good job here - highly recommend!"

I spent nearly $1000 on a motor and control panel. Speaking as electrician, I tested the circuits to make sure I hooked up the motor correctly. The motor did not work. I hooked up the old motor with bad bearings and it worked albeit quite loudly. I went back to Island Hot Tubs and they just said they can't do anything once product leaves the store. I also bought a control panel that doesn't come close to fitting my hot tub, again the store is not willing to do anything. I would not recommend this business to anyone for anything. It's the first business that has taken me for that much money.

For over twenty years the team at Island Hot Tubs have provided great service and parts to my hot tubs in an industry where players come and go. It is reassuring that what ever problem I experience, will has seen it before and come up with the right solution.
