I really would have loved to have given a better review. Unfortunately I can't even contact them regarding my experience because my emails have gone unanswered and any time I've called I've been told she'll get back to you."I emailed a few months back regarding florals for my wedding and I was told I would be followed up with after Easter for a quote. This never happened.I tried following up myself twice. The last two times I've emailed I just get an "I am not available" auto response or it says it's been kicked back because the mailbox is full.I'm sure they do lovely work and are very busy

Mount Brydges Floral Design has been my go to place for a few years now. I haven't used them for big functions or anything. Mostly a lot of Mother's day" or "Just because" kind of scenarios. They have always delivered what I have asked for and always by the date and time I have specified. Their flowers are also amazing to see (i've been told that because I'm not a flower guy :) ) and I'm told ( again because I'm not an expert) that they smell amazing too.I've only ever ordered online

The flowers for my wedding were exactly what I wanted :) :)The colors were beautiful and Ruth was amazing at working with my budget!I would definitely recommend them to anyone and work with them again in a heart beat!My flowers are stuff for of color and looking awesome a week later - I could not be any happier!

Absolutely hands down the best wedding decorator and florist I could have ever imagined for my daughters big day! The attention to every single detail was impeccable. I was able to enjoy the experience of wedding planning with my daughter and son-in-law and the wedding day without any worries knowing Ruth and her crew had everything looked after. Ruth brought our wedding vision to fruition and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She also had a funeral to do the floral arrangements for the same weekend and we would have never known. Ruth even called me 2 nights before the wedding to ease my mind, she has such a calming demeanor which is very helpful when you're a bride!My family has used Ruth for years, including my sister's wedding and we adore her and her work!

Mount Brydges Floral Design
Purchased an arrangement for delivery online for our daughter's birthday. Received an absolutely beautiful assortment of blue and purple fresh-cut flowers in a gorgeous blue vase. The staff were very kind, courteous and helpful to deal with when I spoke with them on the phone seeking some additional info. The delivery driver was super-friendly and had a huge smile on his face even though it was pouring with rain. Would definitely use again - very, very happy.
