The delivery team was quick and efficient. Certainly there was nothing to complain about. Covered my hardwood floors and used a dolly to remove my old Fridge and install my new refrigerator. Very happy with the team. Also I was kept advised of the delivery at every stage

You cannot phone them because the phone doesn't ring. Very unreliable. I waited for 4 weeks so far for my Costco delivery and I still have not recieved it. What a Terri le comoany

Carried out a delivery and installation of a laundry team (contracted to London Major Appliances I guess), good guys, respectful of safety in terms of masking / distancing, good install and clean up. Even had a supervisor drop by and double check their work later in the day which felt like going the extra mile without asking. Happy with the service and would be happy to deal with them again, any time.

Delivery team was fantastic, helpful and quick.

They called my mother on Aug 19/21 to confirm delivery of her new fridge on Aug 20/21, 4-8pm. She organized her day around their delivery and even though she's 70 years old, she moved her old fridge out of the kitchen just to help them out even though the arrangement was for them to remove it anyway. She waited until 750pm and then called to check on the status and was told they still had 2 deliveries before theyd get to her. She waited til 10pm with no delivery and not even a phone call! Was able to connect with them on Aug 21/21...they apologized...ha! What kind of apology comes with the message that they arent delivering her fridge until days later, on Aug 25/21! Terrible
