Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience with the staff and the car provided at this location. I drove a clean fully loaded sedan for two days, for cheaper than I thought. I dunno what the snobs before me are complaining about. Their daily must be <<<<

Kale helped us today with excellent customer service. He brought a rental car to the repair shop and explained everything very clearly, then processed credit card and signing thing all done on the spot where we had a conversation. Rental car was decent and upgraded with all the bells and whistles.

Our experience at this location was amazing. I feel terrible that I keep forgetting his name but it was Ryan or Brian, very tall gentleman. He helped us in an otherwise very stressful situation. Needed a car asap as our tires had been stolen off our car. Was in a rental within hours. Process was swift and easy, returning the car was also easy. He drove us to the auto body shop as well when our car was finished. Was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. Even managed to forget our parking pass for our buildings log in the rental, and he kept it safe for us to come pick up. Really really appreciate the great service we received. Will definitely recommend to others if in need!

Showed up to pick up my rental, I was told that they didn’t have a vehicle for me. This was after I did a full confirmation with a representative on the phone. Currently -15 and dumping snow in Calgary, conveniently they also don’t have a shuttle service…. Im sorry but isn’t the company slogan: “we’ll pick you up” … horrendous customer service, no solutions, and now left with no other options. Won’t be coming here again, and you shouldn’t either

The absolute worst. Charged my credit card for a charge that was not mine almost a whole year after renting a car through insurance. When trying to follow up, got hung up on and ghosted by many people in this company including managers and district managers. They absolutely do not care to help anyone and will just charge you for things that they aren't supposed to and then send you to a collection agency and ignore you if you try to get information. Will never rent a car here again. Shady shady company and business practices.

I would not go to Enterprise if my life depended on it. My truck was stolen my insurance company economical Insurance sent me to Enterprise rentals. I made arrangements to have a pickup truck picked up on Friday at the end of their day. I was not able to make it on time and they were closed on the weekend. When I called first thing in the morning Monday they told me they didn't have any trucks yet they shouldn't have given it away because they're closed on the weekends. Now they tell me it's going to be at least a week. I have been without a truck for 2 weeks and Enterprise rentals, the company that Economical insurance recommends, can't tell me when they'll get me a truck. Yet Economical Insurance tells me it's my right, according to my policy, to have an equal value vehicle.. but Enterprise, the giant corporation, can't find a truck.

This was the most professional service we’ve received at a car rental company. The staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly. The manager Tess is very concerned about your customer experience which is refreshing. The vehicle provided to us was very nice and clean.We had no issues and will be repeat customers. If there are any lower reviews it must only have to do with the challenges that this industry is facing as a whole, in that they are trying to increase their stock after the impact from the Covid pandemic. From what we saw, this location is rebuilding very admirably, well done.

I arrived right before the close time, but Austin and Mohamed are both extremely friendly and patient, they worked after hour to help me get my car rental done by the same day. Really appreciated their help and professional service!

I was told they would direct bill my insurance. They did not!...They took money from my credit card when they said they would not.It is also an amount larger than I believe it should be for one day car rental.Not happy.Also... my usual car is exotic/luxury. Instead of renting similar per what my insurance would pay for, I got the smallest cheapest car I've ever driven in my life.
